Lutricia completed the Legal Practice Course at Nottingham Trent University in 2021 and has since worked as a property paralegal, demonstrating a strong commitment to the legal profession.

She joined the Landsmiths Commercial Property team in January 2025 and supports the team across a variety of transactions, including leasehold matters, freehold sales and purchases, and development projects. Lutricia plays a key role in progressing transactions by keeping clients informed, managing enquiries, and efficiently handling all post-completion matters to ensure a smooth and timely conclusion.
