Ellen Nightingale

Finance & Practice Manager

Ellen is our Finance & Practice Manager who has over 27 years experience working in the legal industry in varied roles and was awarded Assoc CIPD status in 2018. She has been with the firm since 2019.

As the Finance & Practice Manager she is responsible for the day-to-day operations and compliance of the firm, Finance, HR, IT, and everything else in between. She has a wide range of diverse skills ranging from people management, communication, finance, facilities and administration.

Prior to joining Landsmiths Ellen worked at a national law firm in various roles which gave her the experience we now benefit from.

Ellen works together with all staff and Directors ensuring best practice is achieved.
