Landsmiths is excited to share that we have made four new appointments across our commercial and residential property teams, alongside bolstering our support functions.
Edd Drury has joined as an associate solicitor in the commercial property team. With eight years’ post-qualification experience, he advises on acquisitions, disposals, landlord and tenant matters, development and finance. He is described as taking a pragmatic, client-focused approach, balancing risk management with commercial objectives.
Drury said: “I’m excited to be part of a team that is both ambitious and genuinely collaborative. Landsmiths has a strong reputation for quality and client care, and I look forward to building on that.”
Caroline Ward has also joined the commercial property team as a solicitor. She brings experience in acquisitions, disposals and landlord and tenant work, with a particular focus on retail and office leases. Her background includes advising on pension scheme property acquisitions.
Ward said: “The friendly and inclusive culture was a huge draw. Everyone is invested in delivering great service, and I’m excited to grow here.”
In support roles, Zuzanna Golebiewska joined in August 2025 as finance and practice administrator, strengthening operational and client service functions. Ekbal Sabil also joined in August as a conveyancing assistant, supporting the residential property team with file progression and client care.
We have also appointed two new trainees. Evie Knighton began her training contract in September 2025, progressing from her previous role as a paralegal. Lutricia Duyar, formerly a commercial property paralegal with the firm, started her training contract in January 2026.
