Hearing from our employees

Rachael Briggs, Director at Landsmiths, comments:

“We’re absolutely thrilled to be listed as one of the best place to work in the UK, especially because this recognition is based on feedback from our employees. It’s a fantastic validation of the team’s efforts to create a workplace where everyone feels valued and empowered.”

Vik Moothia, also a Director at Landsmiths further comments:

“This achievement is a testament to the dedication and passion of our incredible team, who create a workplace culture built on collaboration, innovation, and mutual respect.”

Celebrating our workplace culture

The rankings are mainly compiled from an employee survey. All employees of the Landsmiths’ team were asked a series of questions covering six key drivers of engagement: reward and recognition, information sharing, empowerment, pride, job satisfaction and wellbeing.

The ranking by The Sunday Times cited the vibrant atmosphere, the commitment to work-life balance demonstrated through the time off for life’s necessities initiative, regular, inclusive social events and the collective festive shutdown as some of the key reasons the company was featured.

Alison James-Moore an associate at Landsmiths, comments:

“I cannot imagine a more supportive place to work than Landsmiths – I truly feel respected, valued and part of a team (so much so that we also socialise outside of work!)

“The atmosphere the Directors have created is one of inclusivity and encouragement. Coming to work is enjoyable as we all pitch in if needed, our voices are heard and our achievements are acknowledged and rewarded.”
