The firm has taken additional space next door to its existing office on Stoney Street, in Nottingham’s historic Lace Market. The expansion increases capacity in the heart of the city centre and provides room for the continued growth of the team.

The move follows a period of strong growth for the firm, which has recently welcomed a number of new people across its Commercial Property, Residential Conveyancing and support teams. The additional space will support this expanding team and ensure Landsmiths can continue to meet increasing demand for specialist property law advice.

By expanding its Nottingham base, Landsmiths aims to enhance its working environment and maintain its accessibility for clients.

Vik Moothia, Director at Landsmiths, commented:
“Expanding our Nottingham office is an important step for the firm. The Lace Market has always been a fantastic location for us, and taking additional space allows us to support our growing team and continue providing a high level of service to our clients.”

Rachael Briggs, Director at Landsmiths, added:
“This is a really positive milestone for the firm. Following a period of growth and new joiners, expanding into the neighbouring space gives us the room we need to keep developing the team.”

The Nottingham expansion forms part of Landsmiths’ long-term strategy to invest in its people, strengthen its presence in key locations and continue building a specialist property law team across the East Midlands.
