To help us maximise our impact, each year we choose a local charity to support, and we are excited to announce that our nominated charity for 2024 is Nottingham CYF (Nottingham Children, Young People and Their Families Project). At Landsmiths, supporting our local community is extremely important to us.

CYF works to enable better outcomes for the city’s most under-resourced communities. We have chosen to support this local cause to support their life-changing work with young people and their families across Nottingham.

Throughout 2024, we’ll be raising funds and awareness for CYF through various events and initiatives. We hope that our clients and contacts will support us where they can.

About Nottingham CYF

This pioneering, grassroots charity has played a key role in the local community since 2007, transforming the lives of young people by providing access to educational and recreational activities that support their development and promote their individual talents.

Alongside offering vital crisis support to young people in need, CYF’s services range from one-to-one mentoring, facilitating group projects, empowering community leaders and supporting families. Their mission is to invest time and funding into local communities and schools to equip residents with the tools they need to access opportunities in a sustainable way.

The charity’s exciting and captivating arts projects have been making waves across the city and internationally for over a decade and we’re proud to support their cause.

Our 2023 fundraising efforts

Our support of small, local charities continues from last year, when we raised funds for The Core Centre, based in Calverton, Nottingham. Our Ocktoberfest event raised £4,000 for the charity who specialise in supporting the health and well-being of their local community.
